What's the difference between Golden Monkfruit Sweetener and Classic Monkfruit Sweetener?

• Our classic monkfruit sweetener offers a crisp and clean sweetness which can be likened to white sugar
• Our golden variety is a richer flavour with maple syrup undertones, quite similar to traditional brown sugar 

While both variants of our monkfruit sweetener contain monk fruit extract and erythritol, the difference in flavour occurs in the production process of each. 

• Our golden sweetener is extracted from the seeds and the skin of the monk fruit – which gives it its richer, maple flavour profile

• Our classic sweetener is derived from the pulp of the fruit which leads to the crisper flavour.
