Why do you use cultured dextrose?

Cultured dextrose is a natural food ingredient we use as a preservative to gently extend shelf life by inhibiting the growth of mould and other unwanted bacteria.

It is considered safe for everyday use and is present in very small amounts, so it does not contribute meaningful sugars, will not impact blood sugar levels, and is suitable for low-carb, keto and diabetic-friendly diets.
