Bakers Vanilla Syrup

Our Bakers Vanilla Syrup can be used as a sugar-free alternative in recipes and applications where you would traditionally use a vanilla syrup for flavouring and sweetness. 


  • Ideal for raw treats, cakes, pastries, cookies and beverages needing a sweet vanilla flavour profile 
  • Can be heated but overheating should be avoided as it can alter the vanilla flavour of this product
  • Gluten free 

Potassium sorbate is used to inhibit molds and yeasts in many foods, such as cheese, wine, yogurt, dried meats, apple cider, rehydrated fruits, soft drinks and fruit drinks, and baked goods. We use it in a very small amount in our maple syrup in order to ensure no bacteria growth and to keep the PH constant during temperature fluctuations.
