Brown Monkfruit Sweetener

A new addition to the Lakanto product range, the brown sweetener is the perfect swap for traditional brown sugar. 

  • Ideal for puddings, brownies, toffee style sauces, cookies and as a sweetener for beverages 
  • Limitations for sauces that require excessive heating above 65 degrees 
  • Will not caramelize like traditional sugar but will darken on heat. Ideally can be blended into a fine powder and heated with butter or coconut oil and cream for a delicious toffee or butterscotch sauces
