You cannot make traditional toffee with any Lakanto product but you can make very similar toffee-style fudge treats. The primary difference here, is the method and ratio of ingredients needed. Normally you create a caramel, then you add a cream or fat to make your toffee, and the caramelised sugar provides the finished colour, we can achieve a similar result but with a few additional ingredients.
