Golden Malt Syrup

Our Golden Malt Syrup was developed to be the perfect sugar-free alternative to rice malt syrup and golden syrup, where the delicious, yet subtle malt flavour is perfect across numerous baking and beverage recipes. 


  • Ideal for pancakes, waffles, raw treats, cakes, pastries and beverages 
  • Can be heated but not boiled as this may alter the flavour and silky texture 
  • Natural product with no artificial colours or flavours  
  • Gluten free

Potassium sorbate is used to inhibit molds and yeasts in many foods, such as cheese, wine, yogurt, dried meats, apple cider, rehydrated fruits, soft drinks and fruit drinks, and baked goods. We use it in a very small amount in our maple syrup in order to ensure no bacteria growth and to keep the PH constant during temperature fluctuations.
