Our monk fruit sweetener is a specialised combination of Erythritol and monk fruit extract. Lakanto have developed a technology that allows the monk fruit extract to bind to each Erythritol crystal, giving even sweetness in every application, and consistency in every single one of our products.
Other sweetener blends are a blend of either stevia, monk fruit, erythritol, xylitol, mannitol and other sugar alcohols. The biggest issue here, is that there’s no way to ensure a perfectly consistent product that produces even sweetness time and time again.
