What happens if my package is stolen?

We understand how annoying it is to have your package stolen! Unfortunately, it does happen. 

We use shippit because they ensure your packages will be delivered. However, the window between delivery and when you grab your package from the front door is a time when neither shippit nor Lakanto is responsible for the package.

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact our Customer Support Team at wellbeing@lakanto.com.au and we will help you as much as we are able.
