Icing Powder

Developed to be a straight recipe swap for traditional icing sugar, this Lakanto product can be used in all cooking and baking applications. 

  • Ideal for cakes, pastries, adding to beverages, meringues, icings, buttercreams and syrups 
  • Important to note that it will not thicken like sugar does when heated 
  • As this is a fine powder it will not crystallise like the Classic or Golden variants when heated.
