Will Classic and Golden Sweeteners crystalise if overheated or boiled?

Yes when over heated... but see below.

In short, yes. The Lakanto sweeteners – both classic and golden – will begin to crystallize if overheated. Any heat over 65 degrees will see this reaction occur in these products, making the product hard to work with in some cases.
